The line is smooth, almost calculated – a Pop Art silhouette, frozen in profile. Andy Warhol appears here not as a flesh-and-blood human being, but as a surface: silver, pink, electric. His hairstyle is an explosion of brushstrokes – confused, charged, almost like flashes of neon light.
