 This portrait is of Lothar Matthäus. Lothar Herbert Matthäus (born March 21, 1961) is a former German footballer
 and current coach. He was voted European Footballer of the Year and German Footballer of the Year in 1990,
 after captaining West Germany to win the 1990 World Cup. A year later, he was also
 named the first ever FIFA World Player of the Year.
